You Can Earn Money with a Recipe Blog
If you browse around the internet, you’ll notice an interesting thing happening. People all over the world are blogging and making money doing it! These are people just like you; people with little experience, without a background in computer science, or a big bank account to dig into. They used programs like Google Blogger (blogger.com) or WordPress (WordPress.org) to quickly and easily set up their blogs, often at no cost. Now all you have to ask yourself is what hobby or niche should you blog about?
A recipe blog can be the perfect choice for people who have tried recipes and thought they could do something different, more exciting, or just plain better. It’s a great way to tell others about new recipes, ideas, and products available in the world of cooking, as well as sharing regional specialties. But, don’t worry if you can’t cook. You can write a cooking blog for others who are learning to cook. How much fun would it be to share your successes as well as your “hope you don’t chip a tooth” muffins? Starting a recipe blog can be a wonderful way to share your interest and make money in the process. If cooking is your passion (or even if it isn’t) — a recipe blog may be a profitable way to get a taste of online business.
The skills needed to start blogging about cooking are simple. You need a talent or love of cooking. You don’t need to know all the fancy gourmet cooking terms; you just need to know how to put a dish together that tastes good. You also need to be able to write your recipes in an organized, concise, and easy-to-follow format. You may want to be able to use a digital camera, or find someone who can, in order to take pictures of your food, or you could use publicly licensed photos of food that you find on the internet. Of course, you’ll need patience. Every blog has a unproductive period at first, so don’t get discouraged. It will take time for your blog to build and for people to find you.
There are several ways you can turn your recipes and cooking blog into a money-making business. You can choose just one of these options or do a mix of them. Here are some ideas…
Make Money by Selling Products: A person who loves to cook, often loves all the kitchen paraphernalia that comes along with it. If you have gadgets and cookbooks available to purchase on your blog, you can reap the rewards that the retail markets are enjoying. You can share your recipes, cooking tips, opinions, and sell products all at the same time. Nice little income producing idea.
Make Money by Selling Advertising: Once your blog gets noticed, and traffic starts coming your way, you’ll find advertising on your blog to be a nice, profitable way to generate income. This is something to keep in mind, but you won’t really hit your stride making money with this method until you start getting readers. Just file this idea away so you can start making your plans.
Make Money by Selling Your Blog: If you’ve been noticed by the search engines and media, you have arrived! Now may be the time to consider selling your blog for the big bucks. (Some blogs have sold for millions.) You can also create blogs for sale when you get this good.
With some focused time and creativity, you should be able to develop a recipe blog that is uniquely yours, a place to post your favorite family recipes, restaurant secrets, cooking disasters, or other information you want to share in the world of cooking. But, thinking isn’t doing — you’ve got to act in order to succeed.

Josiah’s Choice
1. Josiah’s choice
It is often said that youth is the period of searching for identity. That means taking the choices that determine a person’s life in the future. But unfortunately not all young people take the right choice. The choices are generally highly influenced by environmental conditions in the vicinity. We can’t deny that the bad environment will give a bad influence, so it made someone choose bad choices. It’s like curse that bind everyone who is involved in it. But Lord Jesus Christ is able to save us from all the curses of sin and bond through His death on the cross (Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: Galatians 1:4). Deliverance was enumerated by Lord Jesus Christ and provided for all people, for all young people who want to hear His call.
A beautiful true story that is written in the Bible, tells about a young boy who gets a gift from God to choose the right decision in the middle of the crimes that done by his family and nation. (2 Chronicles 34)
Josiah had a difficult period since he was a child. His father, King Amon, dies in suicide by its own employees so Josiah appointed to be king when he was 8 years old. He also have complicated and dark family background. His grandfather, King Manasseh was a pagan, he even set up altars of idols in the house of the Lord and not only that he offered his own children through the fire. It really hurt God. Although ultimately Manasseh repent but his son, Amon, keep doing the evil before God. All people around Josiah did a lot of evil and idolatry. As a king at the age of 8 years, of course, the decisions of Josiah much influenced by those around him and at the time in the kingdom of Judah continued idolatry.
Yet we see in 2 Chronicles 34:3 when Josiah was 16 years old, the vulnerable young age in human size, he takes one radical option which is to seek the Lord God of David his ancestor. Search here is not just looking, but live with put his trust unto The Lord God of Israel and unto Him alone. In his intimated relationship with God, Josiah get divine strength and ability so that at the age of twenty years he began a massive cleanup in the kingdom of Judah. All the idols and high places were destroyed. House of the Lord also purified. All forms of idolatry were destroyed by Josiah. And extraordinary, in the reign of Josiah, the Torah which was lost in found again. Josiah then determined to follow the Word of God with all his heart. All the people of Judah followed Josiah to worship the Lord.
Praise the Lord! Josiah lead his generation to repent and return to the living God. The better changes occurred in the life of Josiah and it all begins with a correct choice in his youth. Word of the Lord Jesus Christ said ” Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (2 Cor. 5:17). What a wonderful hope and certainty. Human image which has been shattered because of the curse and sin become new again through faith in Christ. In terms of whether we can be new? Clearly written in Ephesians 4:23-24: And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
But it is not enough. We’re knew that Josiah began a reform movement and to destroy all idolatry that is not pleasing before the Lord. And now Lord Jesus Christ also longing every young people who heard His call to have faith and actions like Josiah. Become children of light are holy and pleasing to Lord Jesus Christ. His word says in Ephesians 5:8-11 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Honestly it is not easy to make a right choice and following the truth (that means living in truth and do it with all our heart). Even the Lord Jesus Christ Himself said in Matthew 16:24: “ Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me”. This shows that following Christ is not easy. There is hardship and suffering. However, all the hardships it is only a temporary affliction. Because real wages eternal surge provided for every person, every young man who want to take the right choices in the Lord Jesus Christ and doing the truth until the last step of their life. Have you already make the right choices?
